Where do you ship and how much does shipping cost?

We currently ship to countries within the European Union. For destinations outside the EU, we provide shipping quotations upon request.

Shipping costs depend on the following factors:

Do you provide Door to Door delivery

Yes, Door-to-Door delivery is available for all shipments within Europe. For destinations outside Europe, this service can be arranged upon request. Please note that any applicable local taxes or import duties are not included in the shipping cost and will be charged separately to the receiver.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, you can modify your delivery address as long as it is within the market region associated with your account (these options will appear in the drop-down menu). Address changes can be made at checkout during the "Billing & Delivery" stage or from your "Account" settings.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Deliveries times will vary depending on the destination country and the type of service selected. With standard delivery taking up to 7 working days.

Do shipping costs include VAT?

Yes, they do. For all EU countries, we provide with all-in shipping costs. For extra-EU countries, any applicable local taxes or import duties are not included and will be charged to the receiver.

Can you support during the exportation process?

Yes! Upon request we will provide you with:

• Invoice
• Packing List
• Declaration of free export (filled and signed by us).

What if I don't see any delivery option for my final destination?

If no shipping options appear for your location, you can:

• 1. Select "Ask for a quotation", and we will provide the best available shipping offer.
• 2. Choose "Local Pickup" to arrange the shipment yourself.

I don't see the tracking number, where can I find it?

Please send an email or a message via WhatsApp to our Customer Care Team, and we will get back to you shortly with the tracking reference, if available. Please know that the tracking reference cannot be provided for groupage deliveries.

How does the Local Pick Up delivery option work?

If you select "Collect your order in our Warehouse," you will be responsible for arranging the delivery. Once your order is ready for collection, we will send you the warehouse address, pickup instructions, and loading details.

How long does the order take to be prepared and ready for shipping?

At Bundlex, we make sure to have your order ready for shipping within 3/5 business days.

What should I do if I receive damaged boxes?

If your package appears damaged upon arrival, follow these steps:

• 1. Accept the package with reserve – Request that the damage is noted on the delivery slip, including details such as the number of affected packages and a description of the issue. This allows you to inspect the contents later and file a claim if necessary.
• 2. Inspect the contents – You have 1-2 days to check for hidden damage and report any issues.
• 3. If the carrier refuses to accept "with reserve," refuse the delivery – This prevents the carrier from disputing that the damage occurred during transit, ensuring your right to claim compensation.
